  I loved metro. Its exactly what you see in the pictures. No surprises. The app was bit old and so is the building yet I could see the effort they put into making it a bit nicer. The kitchen is great and has everything you might need. I saved a lot money not eating outside. Its not a hotel, you get you own studio so there is no cleaning service unless you pay extra yet I loved knowing that no one was go - The service is outstanding! We checked in after long delays at the airport and lost baggages plus getting lost finding the hotel but it was all worth it. The front desk seeing our tired faces upgraded us free to a much bigger room and arranged a rollaway bed for our ten year old son immediately. We didn't even have to call and notify that our aircon wasn't working, they knocked on our doors and replaced the unit right away. The bed is really comfortable and everything is spick and span.   Beautiful boutique hotel center of midtown close to all attractions. Well priced. Well maintained building. Rooms very clean and night time turn down was exceptional...my little daughter loved the chocolates on her pillow. Concierge provided great restaurant recommendations. Even complimentry coffee in the lobby displayed an extra little touch that added to our positive memor - The whole staff is so welcoming, courteous, smiling and attentive. The room was very comfortable, well decorated and spacious. This hotel was renovated very tastefully. It's a beautiful, elegant hotel that is quiet which is rare in New-York City. I loved the bathroom, the robes and towels were very soft and it was extremely clean. I will definitly be back, this is a gem.

  Very nice flat at Times Square which provides the possibility to experience life in NYC much more than a "normal" hotel room.   SIMPLY THE BEST!!! We received the apartment on the highest floor - 36 with an astonishing view. We could see all the buildings including the Chrysler building.
