  Every employee of this hotel with whom I interacted was excellent, from the shuttle bus driver to the front desk reps to the chef to the waitress at the tasty morning breakfast. The bed and pillow were very comfortable; and the room was very dark (which I loved) when the black out drapes were closed. I loved my stay at this hotel. - It was very comfortable and clean.   My first stay at this hotel and was very much impressed! Large suite with sitting room and desk area with high level furnishings. Comfortable, clean and aesthetically pleasing.   This is a great little hotel! By little, I don't mean small, it's that they aim to give you a very comfortable stay in a nice place with a cool atmosphere without any pretensions . Oh, and did I mention, It's a great value! Get the number of the hotel first and phone them from the airport to arrange collection. You are great with having complimentary access to wifi and internet with a printer - was convenient and stress free to print amendments to my travels.   The staff was absolutely customer oriented and amazingly friendly. We haven't come across this kind of hospitality in such a long while. I would absolutely recommend and stay again soon.
