  It is located literally 5 minutes away from the airport and as expected, the neighborhood is a bit industrial, with very little to do, so don't expect any views, but it is ideal for spending the night before a flight. By the way it was really quiet at night, no noise, so we had a good night rest. Their breakfast was at 4 am, which was really nice, since we had an early flight. Very n - The room was updated, clean, comfortable, modern -- so much more than we expected for the price. As an older motel (still cute) we were surprised to enter a room that was so well updated for that price. Nice surprise. The breakfast in the morning was great, nice to have oatmeal. Also the staff were terrific. Great shuttle drivers, super fellow on the desk when we arrived near 1am. All around lovely experience. Highly recommended.

  Front desk service was great. Andy took time out to dismantle the room safe and replace the motor. He always had time for any questions or help. Swimming Pool small but deep enough and great for cooling off.. - Got there early but they let me check in 3 hours before ck in time. Manager and staff were very friendly. Quiet place.   This is a great little hotel! By little, I don't mean small, it's that they aim to give you a very comfortable stay in a nice place with a cool atmosphere without any pretensions . Oh, and did I mention, It's a great value! It is very convenient to Tempe (via light rail or car), downtown (same), south Scottsdale and all of central Phoenix. The rooms are very nice, with a good modern feel.
