  The locality to the city of Boston was nice, it is a walkable city. The staff was fantastic. We were able to park at the hotel at 9am knowing the check-in might need to wait until 4pm so we didn't need to find parking. The A/C in one of our rooms didn't work so we got a break on the parking. - Boston Marriott is a very nice place. The room was very clean and functional. The concierge Anita was particularly helpful, attentive and was very personable.   The staff was absolutely great. Lisa was extremely helpful upon check in and when she heard thw news of our concert being postponed was just as great if not more. She remember why we were there and expressed her condolance for the disapointment. Everyone else at the desk was great too. When rihanna comes back to boston we shall too - We stayed for the Boston Marathon. We wanted a family friendly and nice hotel with a kitchen within a reasonable walking distance from the events. This was exactly what we got. The staff were extremely nice, as are all Bostonians incidentally. The Breakfast buffet was a nice surprise and well done. The pool, although small, was plenty of fun for the kids and just as new and clean as the rest of the hotel.

  The hotel is in a perfect location, in the downtown area with links to the subway. It was very clean and comfortable - not the poshest place but perfect for our needs. We loved the free wireless connection, which worked no problem, and free access to filtered water (no mini-bar, so no extra costs, too!). The staff was very helpful and friendly.   Good location, excellent concierge staff, didn't go to the pool/gym area so unable to comment. It suited it's purpose - we have 4 kids and it was cheaper to rent this apartment than pay out for 3 hotel rooms which we had originally booked.
