  The hotel was amazing! The staff was friendly and provided assistance when needed. Due to the large number of guests when we arrived, check-in went smoothly.   This was the most beautiful Hotel. The service was above excellent. The staff were so friendly and catered to your every need and the breakfast is out of this world.   We stayed for an event, hotel was full and with all the activity the staff at this hotel was excellent and very accommodating to our needs. Would highly recommend to anyone wanting to be near the superdome - we enjoyed the location and the staff of the Dury plus the complementary breckfast, popcorn and soda and dinner. very nice!

  The Staff at this hotel were very accommodating. They were extremely pleasant & went above & beyond to make sure we had our needs met. Our room had a sofa bed but it didn't look very nice or supportive, so the guy (can't remember the name) came up & brought a rollaway bed b/c there weren't any other available rooms to move us to. Th - The staff at Comfort Inn & Suites was incredible helpful, and the friendliest hotel staff I've experienced in any city in quite some time. We got help right away with options of parking, as well as suggestions for dinner. Great experience and value for the one night we stayed in NOLA-when we return I will definitely have Comfort Inn & Suites at the top of our list!

  The hotel was really nice and in perfect location near the French quartet but still far enough from all the noise of Bourbon Street. For our surprise, the hotel offered free complimentary breakfast for each morning which was really good. The staff was helpful and helped us to book a nice swamp tour. Although the room was a bit small and we did have noisy neighbors, the overall experience in that price was exc - Location was excellent, staff very helpful and friendly, good breakfast. As part of a package that was purchased online we went on a 4 day cruise and had 2 nights at the Hyatt Regency. The nights at Cotton Exchange were an add on that we purchased on our own. We preferred the Cotton Exchange by far. We wouldn't hesitate to come again and recommend it to our friends. Not so of the Hyatt. We would never go there again. Your staff is really excellent!
