The staff were friendly, and helpful. We stayed there for 2 nights and had no issues with this hotel. Very convenient to shops and restaurants. I recently was stuck in Miami while traveling to Central America and
needed a room to day. I found the Crest Suites hotels. Its centrally
located near all the "expensive" hotels and near the lincoln
st mall areas. Its on a street with similar small hotels. Room was a bit
on the small side but bed was comfortable and the staff was pleasant.
There is a restaurant where breakfast is served. It was relatively
inexpensive and decent meal. Good value for the money.

The young man at the front desk was very courteous and professional. I was impressed and he took good care of us. I wish I remembered his name. He was short with short hair. but, this is a real gem! Excellent service. I had been charged for food
I never used out of our in room bar and they promptly credited my
account with no questions asked! Love the morning coffee and the evening
