  I thought the hotel was excellent. I have visited New York many times on business but this time I was travelling with my wife and teenage children who had not visited New York before. The concierge is very well informed, and knowledgeable with all kinds of restaurants; from raw vegan to the top steakhouses in the city. The house car is a plus.   On arrival to the London NYC Hotel, I was greeted by friendly doormen and reception staff. My room was a one bedroom with separate lounge which was spacious and clean. A walk in central park during the day is a mus - This is my favorite hotel in New York. It's among the best and most comfortable also. The rooms and finishes are all new. Beds are comfortable and bathrooms immaculate. The rooms are all spacious suites-an unusual luxury for New York. Very impressed. I stay here all the time when I'm in the city.

  The room was exceptionally clean and comfortable and the staff were extremely friendly and helpful. The location was fantastic and we were within walking distance of all shops and there were some lovely restaurants nearby. - I had a park view room so it was as nice to stay in as go out.
