  My room was much bigger than I expected. The staff was friendly and helpful. It's great that the hotel shampoo, conditioner & lotion was actually from Bath & Body Works, so I didn't have to use the things I brought from home. The location was perfect for touring all of the museums and attractions in Washington dc. I have already recommended the hotel to two friends that pla - The location was perfect. There was a subway station nearby and also taxis and buses readily available, so getting around was easy. I happened to visit during the unfortunate government shutdown, so there was a lot that I wanted to see but couldn't. The staff was very friendly and quick to offer suggestions on what to do and see, and what was open. The housekeeping staff were amazing, cleaning my room promptly each day.

  The location was right where you would want to be to visit all of Washington DC's monuments/museums, etc. We were able to walk to everything between the Capitol and the Lincoln Monument.
