We arrived an hour early and were let into our room which we didn't expect. Staff were very friendly at reception and gave us free spanish tapas vouchers for use at the bar in the hotel. Wonderful location 5 minutes walk from Times Square. Small but
comfortable and very clean room. Facilities like shower, hair-dryer and
alarm clock worked properly. Air- conditioning and a fan-heater were
provided. Really lovely staff on the front desk - they went to a lot of
trouble working out transport arrangements for us and finding out about
museums we wanted to visit. Simple but nice continental breakfast.

The hotel was very interesting, it had a very vintage feel to it like the studios in foreign movies. The room was very clean and the bed was incredibly comfortable! The security of the hotel. After hours having to use your room key to get past the door security officer then also to make the lift work makes you feel safe. The staff: the receptionists were extremely friendly and helpful (thanks Joey! ;-) + they can arrange transport to the airport, which was extremely helpful. I highly recommend this hotel and would definitely go back there on a next trip to NYC.
