Location was great! Its a very historical building and its been updated. On the first night, there was banging like someone was using a hammer at 9pm and I called the front desk and it stopped! The location of this hotel is very good for the tourist. Downtown Boston is not vast ares so during my 2-day tour in the city I didn't use any transportation, merely on foot. Staff really stepped up to help serve those who decided to remain in the hotel in the aftermath of the marathon bombings. Even the doorman was working to bus tables at the very busy restaurant!
