  Nice medium sized hotel in a good location. This hotel has about 50 rooms on 7 floors, a small breakfast area on the ground floor and fitness room with sauna and steam room in the basement. We had to leave for Canada after a one night stay and he helpfully offered to safekeep our luggages for 3 days as we were returning to the hotel for another stay. A fantastic hotel we woul - The hotel is in a central part of Manhattan, close to Tribeca and Chinatown and next to a subway station. So it was easy to explore the city from the hotel. Staff was very helpful. When the smoke detector in a neighbour's room started beeping as the battery had run out (can happen) they were quick to replace it, so there was no more a loud noise coming from it. Free WiFi!

  I felt very good there. It's not a typical hotel, each room is actually just a very small space of floor which is taken mostly of the bed and just a small cupboard, and the room is separated from the others just by a tiny wall. I guess, I got lucky with good "neighbours", so - This place can only be as good as the people who stay there - the walls between rooms in the sleeping area don't reach the ceiling and every sneeze is audiable to everyone (you can't hear check-in counter or lobby area, as they are in a different room). During my stay, the hotel was fully booked and the guests were backpackers from Canada, us and Europe. All guests were very quiet and considerate of others.
