  Great location next to world trade center memorial. It was clean and the bed overall was comfortable. It would not be my first choice, but I would stay again if it is the one available. Parking in the street is fairly easy to find on weekends for free. Staff were very friendly and helpful, and hotel was in a good location, out of the city centre but easily accessible to anywhere via taxi or the metro underground.   This hotel, though on the southern tip of Manhattan, was conveniently located near several subway stations providing access to many different lines. Transportation to/from the airport was easy and there were cabs and livery cars available when we were ready to leave. Staff were welcoming and quite helpful.
