  This hotel is "top drawer" all the way! - The hotel was quite grand, and very luxerious in the common areas. The location worked well for us, as we seemed to be no more than a 10 minute cab ride from just about every where we went. The view from our Tower room was the clincher. We had a beautiful bay view.

  The staff was friendly and helpful. The room, while rather small, was clean and neat. The bathroom, while very small (I've had larger bathrooms on cruise ships), was also clean, neat and stocked with sufficient towels and basic amenities. Fortunately, the bed was very comfortable. The room was not air-conditioned, but the ceiling fan was sufficent to keep the room pleasant - First time in a 'Boutique Hotel' setting, was amazing, very charming, friendly, convenient to everything, trolley directly outside hotel....restaurants, cafes, shopping, all within walking distance, or hop on trolley. Was very quiet, slept wonderfully. Decor quaint & beautiful. Bed comfy, water pressure great. Bkft included was good & filling. Cannot say enough great things about this adorable hotel. We will definately be back!

  This hotel is very good located in San Francisco. You will have a lot of public transportation available and you will be able to walk to a lot of cool places in the city. Staff was friendly, rooms were clean, they have a good tv, good bed and good bathroom for the price. I would definetly stay here again.   I absolutely LOVED everything! It was beautiful from the moment I first saw it, before I even walked inside. It was so easy to get to from BART and in a perfect location. The entire staff was sincerely friendly, kind, helpful and seemed to only know how to say "Yes, of course we can".
