  We were 5 in apartment 9b. The pull-out sofa was comfortable enough that we could have been 6 in the room. After reading the previous reviews, we can say that: room was clean, comfortable and quiet. There were enough towels and the kitchen was correctly equipped. Everything seemed new (ikea style). Hence, there is no front desk as s - The location is very good the metro is couple of blocks. Nice roof with viewpoint of New York. The owner was very helpfull and also the woman that in charge of cleaning the house. You have all the facilities needed for family with good equiped kitchen. There is fintness center and play room.

  My third time here at this hotel. On this trip was meeting my son who was looking for a diamond for his girlfriend. Staff could not have been nicer to my son, wishing him well. The hotel was very clean, and quiet, given it is in the heart of Times Square. The breakfast buffet was excellent. It is a new hotel still under construction but it is almost done. It is very good to have complimentary drinks and snacks during de day on 27th floor with a couple of computers and printer to acces . You can refill your water bottle with fresh cold water just outside your bedroom door. The bathroom is very well lit which is quite unusual in hotels and room nicely decorated. You can also open the window.
