  This was our first trip to the USA and New York.The staff were friendly and very efficient. Started with Peter who radioed our arrival to reception even before we were out of the taxi. Together with Caesar on the door they were always there with advise on destinations and restaurants, and treated us like we were family.   The location is outstanding. The rooms were a good size and very comfortable. It is a good quality hotel with limited facilities but all we needed for our short break stay. - Excellent hotel in maybe the greatest NY location.
