  Very friendly and extremely helpful staff. Fantastic location. Very nice room. Very well kept and looked after while we were there. Never felt intruded upon by house keeping. They came in while we were out. We always had fresh bath linens and the room was always spotless. Everyone at the hotel, door men, concierge, front desk, bell hops, security,... 别人怎么说 » house keeping staff were all extremely helpful and friendly. We visited two other hotels in the area were relatives and friends were staying. Both we - Everything....professional and attentive service to all sorts of personal touches to make you feel "special" to the point you forget how much you are paying for these features :)

  staff made children feel very welcome, great little "extra's" for kids (teddy bears, snack boxes, baby soaps, etc.), great location, nice rooftop bar, food in hotel was very good - 1. Staff very courteous 2. Great facilities 3. Nice atmosphere 4. Concierge service very polite and helpful

  Nice location -- very spacious and clean apartment. Excellent! Management was very easy to contact for arrival and departure information. Apartment had cooking appliances, towels, fast Internet and cable.

  Katherine behind the front desk was amazing. We arrive super early and even though we couldn't get an earlier check in at 8am she called the spa to allow us fix ourselves up and change in their facility. She did her best at getting the room ready and personally called us back at 1230 to let us know when it was. By that time however I was already 30 minutes away by foot thoroughly - What didn't I like?? It was at a great location 5-10 mins walk to Empire State and Times Square. Subway is only a block away. You have a 24 hour organic deli across the road Bread and Butter. Korean food and restaurants open till late. 15-20min walk to Chelsea and soho. Les Halle's french restaurant is just across the road! The room it self was so spacious, the bathroom was huge, it has a deep and wide bathtub, was great to relax in after walking for 10 hours around in NYC for 5 days. Beds we
