  Nice medium sized hotel in a good location. This hotel has about 50 rooms on 7 floors, a small breakfast area on the ground floor and fitness room with sauna and steam room in the basement. It is about a 5 minute walk from wall street subway station and 5 to 10 minutes from the south street seaport and the Staten island ferry (a great free way to ... 别人怎么说 » see the statue of liberty). Conveniently located right near the Manhattan side of the Brooklyn Bridge, it was a short walk to multiple Subway stations, the Brooklyn Bridge, Wall Street, Pace University, the 9/11 Memorial, and Battery Park.   The location and the view! We stayed on the 11th floor with easy access to the roof. Absolutely amazing! Yes the room is small but its New York! And at this price point are you expecting a lavish Central park villa? Lol. They was all very friendly and helpful booking car for trip back to penn station giving directions.. Love the place decorations was so nice rooms comfortable and clean..   I liked how the staff went out of their way to accommodate our requests even though they did not have to. The room we stayed in 814 had an amazing view of midtown manhattan and was very quiet. If you stay here ask for room 814, it's wonderful! - The Holiday Inn is not spectacular but worth the money. I had Room 301, the biggest one on the floor. Very comfortable bed, enough space for your stuff and very clean. I have been many times in NYC and the Lower East Side has become a hot spot, therefore the location of the Hotel is also good. Subway is only 2 blocks away. Very friendly staff and the restaurant in the basement is serving an outstanding omelet :-)
