  It was basically okay. The stuff were friendly. - Located close to subway, in a nice neighborhood, oppertunity of storing labtops, passports and keys at the informationdesk. Some of the staff was very helpfull. The place is alright to stay at, if the only time you spend the room, is when sleeping.

  没有 - It's not easy finding reasonably affordable yet good-quality self-catering accommodation in New York City, but this was perfect! As a young woman travelling by myself, I felt I had to keep my wits about me on the street, but everything was fine (just be sure to use commonsense). The train station is very close, and the local grocery store is... 别人怎么说 » only around the block. It's not the wealthiest area, but it's obviously a family area. I was immensely impressed with the chap who carried my heavy bag up - This is a good alternative to staying in downtown Manhattan. Coming from a small UK town the area was a bit of a culture shock. Spacious appartment with everything you need for a short stay. Subway stop just around the corner so easy to get downtown in 15 to 20 mins. You can also walk to the Guggenheim in a similar time. A couple of nice restaurants nearby and a supermarket if you want to eat in.

  The staff were very welcoming and friendly. As soon as we arrived we were given a complimentary upgrade to a Queen suite. The wifi worked perfectly which pleased my teenage children (and me!).   Staff were very helpful, also the room was very nice as was the view from the 16th floor terace - I am a native New Yorker, therfore it was convenient for where I needed to be.
