We switched to this hotel after reading some horrific reviews of our original choice. I am so glad we did.
The reception staff were very helpful and friendly. They ordered us all the taxis we needed and gave us good advice on times/prices etc. A late 6pm check out was at a cost, but we were allowed an extension until 2pm for free! so worth asking

Everything! The service amazing. We were made to feel like royalty the minute we walked in. The never ending snacks is a great idea and made us feel at home. Little Nick was wonderful to deal with, and helped us with a booking for the Magic Castle next door (incredible night). The hotel exceeded expectations for location, service, comfortable bed, very helpful staff and renovated bathroom. I would highly recommend to anyone traveling to Hollywood on a budget!
