The location, near Time Square and Madison Ave. shopping is great! The staff are helpful and complimentary water and fruit is available in the lobby. The rooms have complimentary water, sodas, and snacks. A classy operation!

  I enjoyed City Club more than any NYC hotel in which I've stayed in the past (incl. Times Square Westin and Marriott Marquis). When I arrived, the staff had my suitcase inside the hotel before I was even out of the taxi.   Very nice flat at Times Square which provides the possibility to experience life in NYC much more than a "normal" hotel room.   I thought the hotel was excellent. I have visited New York many times on business but this time I was travelling with my wife and teenage children who had not visited New York before. It was by far the best hotel I have stayed at in New York and would be happy to recommend. It is also conveniently located. - The staff is very courteous, friendly, helpful. The concierge is very well informed, and knowledgeable with all kinds of restaurants; from raw vegan to the top steakhouses in the city. The house car is a plus. The location is perfect; a walking distance to anything you could think of!
