The suites are great with children- the pull-out couch is excellent quality and is a king-size bed. The bathroom is modern and spacious. The rooms are very quiet- a very nice experience! The location, near Time Square and Madison Ave. shopping is great! The staff are helpful and complimentary water and fruit is available in the lobby. The rooms have complimentary water, sodas, and snacks. A classy operation!

  I had stayed there before and enjoyed the traditional atmosphere hugely. I was pleased to see it offered at a tbetter price than other hotels close by.manhattan is nonetheless very expensive - Loved the location, ambience, room!

  I would stay here for a month given the opportunity. Very comfortable rooms, great bathrooms and classy decor. Incredible restaurant and bar and extremely friendly staff, My best stay in New York ever. - Ideal location. Amazing interior design. Beautiful-smily-helpful personnel. Very good suite.   The room was nicely decorated and very clean. Just what you can expect from a new, renovated hotel. The room was somewhat on the small side (1 king bed, room with two queens is larger but also more expensive) but I guess that is common in NY where space is limited and hotel prices are high.   I travelled with my friend. The staff was very welcoming and friendly and also problem solving oriented. We arrived at 5h30 am and were supposed to check in at 3PM.
