  The best hotel experience I have ever had. Marvellous staff, good breakfast, always something to eat and drink in Rick´s Cafe. Quiet rooms, luxury bathrooms, cleaning every day, very polite staff, the best situated hotel in town right in the middle of everything. Hotel,room and bathroom were beautiful. Enjoyed and appreciated complimentary wineandcheese offered before show, allowed us have leisurely late meal after show. Breakfast was great. We were able to leave our luggage to shop for a while the next day, which was very helpful. Overall REALLY liked hotel, would go back!!

  Very nice flat at Times Square which provides the possibility to experience life in NYC much more than a "normal" hotel room.   The hotel was very clean and fresh. It felt brand new from the modern wall covering in the lobbies and corridors to the furniture and fittings inside the rooms.   We were spoiled. The staff made us feel like we were very special...they even sent our little ones milk, cookies, and candy with the sweetest note to let them know that they were special. Everyone was always helpful and all smiles. The hotel was exceptionally clean. The Christmas spirit with all the CHristmas trees in lobby was truley magical. One is able to see all the efforts that were made to give a guest a magicial holiday spirit the moment you walk through the doors. The restaurants, gift shops and loungres are very convenient as well. Over our opinion of hotel is a excellent plus plus.

  I had stayed there before and enjoyed the traditional atmosphere hugely. I was pleased to see it offered at a tbetter price than other hotels close by.manhattan is nonetheless very expensive - Loved the location, ambience, room!

  I enjoyed City Club more than any NYC hotel in which I've stayed in the past (incl. Times Square Westin and Marriott Marquis). When I arrived, the staff had my suitcase inside the hotel before I was even out of the taxi.
