We stayed for the Boston Marathon. We wanted a family friendly and nice
hotel with a kitchen within a reasonable walking distance from the
events. This was exactly what we got. The staff were extremely nice, as
are all Bostonians incidentally. The Breakfast buffet was a nice
surprise and well done. The pool, although small, was plenty of fun for
the kids and just as new and clean as the rest of the hotel.

The location of this hotel is very good for the tourist. Downtown Boston is not vast ares so during my 2-day tour in the city I didn't use any transportation, merely on foot. Comfortable, fast and convenient for Boston Marathon.
Staff really stepped up to help serve those who decided to remain in the hotel in the aftermath of the marathon bombings. Even the doorman was working to bus tables at the very busy restaurant!

The staff was very friendly. The rooms were extremely clean! Bed very comfortable. I asked the cleaning person to leave me more coffee for the room and left some money for her to take.
