  I booked this hotel for a quick two day trip to see San Francisco with our kids based on the good price compared to nearby hotels, not really expecting much in the way of facilities. We stayed for 2 days & walked or bussed the whole time. Very central location to everything. We walked from the hotel to Pier 39/Fisherman's Warf, Chinatown, North Beach, Union Square, then would take the bus back. We did this with a 5 year old & a 2 year old. The rooms were clean & tidy with plenty of space. I would definitely stay here again.

  This was my first trip to sf taking my 13 year old granddaughter. The staff was very friendly and helpful with directions, restaurants and ways to travel around the city.   A good and convenient hotel to stay in while you are in San-Francisco. 20-25 minutes from Airport by taxi (~45-50$). This hotel doesn't have shuttles.
