The hotel was well situated near the start/finish line of the London Bridge Half Marathon. The staff at front desk were very kind and friendly. I found the room to be spacious and comfortable. excellent staff, I can not ever remember being treated more kindly and friendly. Felt more like friends having me over. Location was awesome and the staff was very nice and helpful. The price was awesome for the room size for sure!!.
所有评语 » The location was walking distance to the lake and there are plenty of restaurants within walking distance. This is the second time I have stayed here. Great value, good clean rooms, nice staff, good location. Very well maintained and easy to access all facilities in Lake Havasu and area. The Motel was clean and the price was right. The area is great. The location was good close to marina and FREE public launch and plenty of boat parking.. Well lit and friendly helpful staff. Fantastic location right near 5K I had entered that weekend. Convenient checkout times. Location friendly staff. The price was right and location is great!. fun, holiday sight'S!!!. Location. Nothing. The only complaint about room would be the size of the bathroom, but that is not a big factor. The island where the hotel was situated at was a little deserted. But you can easily walk to the London Bridge and drive to some restaurants nearby. I'd like coffee in my room and an ice machine. Little things, but everything was excellent. The place has a dated feel and wasn't as clean as it could have been. There were dust-bunnies and what I hope was just dirt and not mold in the shower near the ceiling. They also have WiFi- but it was so slow it wasn't worth bothering with, which is always disappointing when you want to connect on vacation. The room walls are thin, it gets noisy. But it's to be expected on a holiday weekend. No issues were encountered in the four nights and days of our stay. No much. Would like a Restaurant but understand why maybe some day you can. Could be a little updated lacks a little bit of up keep.. Hot tub being used by 2 couples in which women were topless. Hotel needs new face lift. Painting bathroom updates. It definitely needs updating. Its one of those hotels where everything is so old and dirty looking that you worry about bed bugs )0;. dirty room, filthy carpet.. Hotel didn't honor letsbookhotel.com pricing. Dirty carpet. Reserved smoking room was given Non-smoking and told to smoke out on the balcony. First day Housekeeping showed up to do room at 4pm and then only given towels. I have stayed here in the past and it was really nice before .I was very disappointed it had really gone down and the price has gone up. Room was dirty-toilet and bathroom floor was dirty-hallway was filthy-turned on heater and horrid smell and dust came out had to open window and door to get the smell out of the room. We had stayed there before and it was ok but would never stay there again.
