every things were perfect , I most like the clean , quite , save area , and the locaton where every things just around you . It will be my home when ever I visit Orang County. The room was huge for the money. Amenities were average. Bed was very comfortable. Breakfast was OK, not as good as Best Western, but the price was $50. less. The room was very nice and clean with everything i needed for a comfortable stay. The bed was very comfortable and i liked the 2 TV's.
所有评语 » great modern clean facility with a very affordable price. Goodlocaiton with restaurants locally and delicious morning breakfast. The new furnishings all over the hotel are great. The breakfast is better than most free breakfast services. Service staff was excellent, doing the best by helping you to make your stance more friendly... The size of the rooms,the location to my needs, the value. Comfortable beds. Enough space. Free Wi-Fi. Enjoyed the breakfast and the service. Price Remodel was not a problem. Liked everything about it. I liked the room a lot. everything. It was cheap compared to other hotels. It would have gotten all "good" rates if the jacuzzi wasn't green and unusable, if there wasn't a yellow stained towel, and if we didn't have to figure out how the tv turns on finding the plugin. The room was a nice large size and the refrig and micro worked well, and it was nice to have free coffee maker in room and bathroom supplies like shampoo and soap. Thank you. The rooms were big, decorated nicely but run down a bit. I liked having balcony and room seperate from the bedroom. Sort of a neat place. Different. Would stay again at same price of 69 per night. Basic room at decent price. Bed was very firm, too firm for my taste. I didn't like anything about it. The hotel is runned down and they have horrible customer service. They charged me two separate deposits for $100 and didn't even know they did it. The furniture was dirty and mis- matched. It smelled like mold in the room and the sheets were stained. I will NEVER be back to that hotel......EVER. The staff was the best part of this experience. Not always available but they were nice when you did speak with them. Nothing,rude staff . Dirty broken down room. Moved to another hotel after one night!!. Good price and clean. Location - Difficult to find. They need to put the new policy about the $100 incidental fee on their website and be sure to mention it on the phone when you are making a reservation. Wanted to book a third day ( sunday to monday ), after my 2 reserved weekend days had expired, and found out, that the rates went up for this day !... Did not take me too long to find a better deal !... Some of the sewer waters are leaking on top of the cars, at the covered parking spaces... Need newer tvs--the remotes did not work in either room--tile in bathroom needs repair. Older buildings being renovated. Breakfast cook late in setting up. someone forgot to clean the room on one day. The facility needed some maintenance. None. Jacuzzi was green. Pool was cold. We had a yellow stained towel in our room and had to connect the tv wire into tv to make it work. And the tv wire was behind the clothes drawer we had to pull out to retrieve wire. No parking. We got there late and all the receptionist could offer was to park in some lot next door where they might tow in the morning. Interesting. It's not a great pleasure looking for parking at that time if night. Luckily a space opened after looking for ten minutes. A long time since I've seen a cathode ray tv in a hotel room. Actually no problem with that, but many of the channels had snow and bad sound. Cable problem I think. Dirty carpet. Banged-up, slow elevator. Don't know why we were put in a room close to the freeway when the building further away was obviously not full. That your staff did not make us aware of the noise of step construction that was a definite discomfort to our sleep and relaxation.... I wrote it above! I did not like anything about the hotel. It was disgusting. It was old, smelly and loud all night. I tried to call security or the front desk but no answer. It would also be nice to know ahead of time that people live there in some of the rooms. Too much patch work instead of remodeling. I will never stay there again. The pool. The room was very stincky... It was supposed to be a non smoking area but inside the room smells like cigarette .... I wouldn't recommend it to a friend.
