  The staff-Charmaine was very professional and friendly. You should have more employees like her. If she stays with the company I am sure she will be or should be promoted.   Was very convenient close to travel for the casino,the only thing we were not to happy was the fact that your cable tv dont have access.   The amazing sunsets! Loved the lazy river (pool) and swim up bar. The casino area is huge! And fun! The food was delicious! - Rooms had nice amenitites and beds were comfy. Could have been a little cleaner-carpet needed to be vacummed
