Loved the staff, the room, the facilities and the view. The pool was spacious and luxurious and the staff serving the pool area was efficient and quick. The lobby itself was beautiful and the room was one of the largest we stayed in on our honeymoon.
Food/drinks were very pricey, location was a bit remote and windy compared to Lahaina/resorts on Kanapali Beach area.

Long distance from the hotel to the beach. Although the hotel is beach front it's a 10 minute walk (down hill) from the hotel lobby to the beach.
Love the location and the quietness of the resort
They have a very nice baby/kids pool! Our son loved to play there and interact with other babies. You also have quiet places by the pool if you want peace.
There are no places with shadow in the pool, and no umbrellas provided. If you want, you need to pay to stay in a cabana (us100 for a day).

reception staffs were friendly and welcoming; we got upgraded to a suite and loved the spacious room as well as the pool facility; hotel is right on the gorgeous beach with a nice golfing course; overall a great stay definitely lives up to the Ritz-Carlton standard
breakfast buffet was disappointing for the price

Shower nozzle is old and fixed. A hose type is preferable.
I liked the location of the hotel
Not as nice as you would think for a Ritz Carlton. The food was not good and overpriced. I thought the facilities were nice, but nothing special. The rooms were nice, but the bed was old and lumpy. There was nothing wrong with the hotel, it just was not up to the standards of other Ritz Carlton's that I have stayed at throughout the world.
Place was good , hotel generally great !breakfast was great!
Little to price for what we got, And had to fight to get some attention and better service !
