I liked the western style and the fact that the motel is pet friendly. Also, the onsite saloon & restaurant are a great features. The ambience was wonderful, the accommodations were very nice and the food was outstanding. It was very close to where I wanted to be. Budget friendly, wonderful breakfast buffet!. Nice quaint town (Kerrville). Close to Fredericksburg (dayt trip).

The decor and size of the entry. Room rates. Location. the beautiful lobby. cleanliness, quiet. Good Service. the price. Price. Prompt fixing of telephone upon arrival and delivery of extra towels. Correcting reservation mistake made by letsbookhotel.com. I liked the friendly staff, good room amenities, and good food. The bar and the lobby decor were just what I was looking for. Dinner in the restaurant was excellent. Great wait-staff. Clean place, good location. The beds were comfortable. Nothing. Hotel staff did upgrade us. I did show staff my concerns so they could see for themselves. But I would not return to YO. There are better hotels in Kerrville, Texas. The pool needless to say was still the same and my granddaughter did enjoy it. The Hall. Wish the saloon was non-smoking. Wish the fitness center had a bit more equipment. A weight machine or two would be good. We couldn't stay longer!. Shower head, water pressure, pillows. Only that we didn't get to use the pool because of lightning, but that was out of your hands. Noisy neighbors overhead when hotel was not full. Wondered why we were so concentrated. The layout of the hotel makes it extremely difficult to navigate the premisis. TV remote didn't work. Dead cockroach in bathtub, No wifi & it was a biker weekend. there wasn't anything we didn't not like. bed was a bit firm. bed is a little too firm. No breakfast. Reservation staff seemd to be very inexperienced and it was difficult ot get a bill for buffet at restaurant. Hotel is showing its age. I didn't like the changed on my room weeks in advance reservation from a downstairs/handicap available room to an upstairs room with no elevators available. Specially when, I helped my late arriving friend registered, and she was offered one of nine first floor rooms. Our bedding had holes in it. Was expecting a complimentary continental breakfast, but did not see that listed in the hotel info binder so we skipped it. I left my wedding band in the room. When I realized it and alerted the staff, my ring was nowhere to be found. Very disappointed. I did not get the room that I reserved and the staff at the front desk was rude and not at all helpful. It has tile floor throughout that made your feet feel dirty. The sink would not drain and everything was very outdated. the price you quoted me online was different than what I had to pay. Room was dirty: Food crumbs on floor; Dirty Sheets. When removed and waiting for replacement sheets, checked the mattress and pubic hair was "stuck" on the mattress; Coffee pot had goop on the outside. Opened the pot where the coffee beans go and found it filthy with grounds. The tray under the coffee pot was laden with coffee grounds. I have stayed here before but will never again. From the minute we arrived it was as if they were doing us a favor in allowing to overpay for rooms and service. This was the second stop of our week and the comparison was shocking to our stay in Blanco at Best Western. No response necessary, we will never be back. I didn't like the loud noise of our air conditioner that kept me awake half the night. Also the tile was dirty in our room. Shower and very bad WIFI The rooms I had was fra away from the main building.
