The entire staff were extremely professional, and very knowledgeable. We were especially pleased with staff member Misty, (Spirits Pub/Lounge). She, as well as the Front Desk Staff, exemplified the characteristics that all customer service representatives should be modeled after. The location, lounge, and staff were the only thing that my group really cared about and they were all awesome so we were very happy. It was my third time here and I've had a great time each time and when I'm back in KC I'll stay here again.
所有评语 » The front desk was extremely helpful and I stayed in a room with 2 queen beds and they were very comfortable. Great location and easy highway access and I felt safe in the hotel. I was nervous about staying after reading some of the reviews. We had an awesome time!! The staff was great and very accomodating. the staff was freindly.rooms were clean.staff was very helpful helping me with my flat tire. Good price, very friendly service! We will be staying there again on our next trip. Thers a bar in the inside and a resturaunt. Comfortable beds, friendly staff, location. comfort and close to casinos and shopping. Clerk was very helpful and attentive in changing from an unclean room to a better one. Proximity to highway. Convenient location. We simply could not stay long enough. Remember, this is a budget friendly hotel and if you are looking for the amenities of a 5 star hotel, this is not the place. My room was clean and inexpensive, would stay here again. That we haven't stayed here sooner. i didnt like the fact that the sign on the building said 49.99 and i paid 73.00. There is a bar/ lounge in the hotel and we could hear (it was karaoke night) and smell it from our room, which was very close to the lobby. The beds were a little smaller than I would've liked, but still very comfy. The next time we stay there, we are going to ask for a room a little further from the lobby. Dead bug in bathroom, bug traps under bed. Very loud guests in room above us. not enough pillows. No cable. No complimentary shampoo. Poor lighting in bathroom. Neighborhood, Cleanliness, Facilities and bugs in the bed. I stayed at this hotel about 9 years ago and it was a good stay. I do not think the facilities have been maintained properly since! The bed was so broken down that my wife woke up with a sore back. The shower head hardly sprayed because of hard water deposits. The faucets barely turned. Curtains needed paperclips to hold shut for security. The entire place smelled like stale smoke. So very disappointed.
