The people at the counter were pleasant, helpful, friendly and very professional. The room and facilities were well beyond my expectations. The breakfast was more than adequate. It was delicious.
Loved that the bed was so comfy and that the curtains blocked the light good even during the day. One of the nicest hotels...hands down...that I have ever stayed in.

I loved the room. Very clean. The staff was also very friendly and accommodating.
only problem I had was that I brought 2 of my pillows from home which were king size pillows, nothing like their standard ones, and one of them went missing and they never located it....
Would have liked more coffee supplies in the room. One cup wasn't enough.
The first night our room was very very warm, we had to open the windows. The remaining 3 nights the temperature was comfortable.
