Basic set-up - kitchen, king bed that was comfortable and large room. We liked the room layout. There was plenty of space, a kitchen, and even a fireplace. Great stay for our purposes. Lack of basics - paper towels, kleenex, no main espn channel, though advertised (missed key football games), towels too thin. This hotel did not feel safe. The buildings were in disrepair - siding falling off the outside, wallpaper peeling off on the inside. The trash cans all over the property were so full they were spilling out, I don't think they get emptied very often. Inside the room decor was dated and the room was very dirty. We found shoes and trash under one bed and someone's hair in the bathtub. There were people coming and going all night from the room above us with lots of noise. This was a fail.
