The room was huge, one of the largest I've stayed in, lots of room to navigate and store items, and it was set up very very comfortably, extremely clean. Loved the walk-in closet, and the front and back balconies with doors to each, gave us more privacy if desired. Appreciated the working drawers by the bathroom sink, very useful, and thought the dispenser units in the shower for shampoo and soap a great idea. Also liked the larger size fridge rather than the small compact unit usually provided.
所有评语 » The room was spacious and clean. The front desk staff people were friendly and very helpful with restaurant recommendations. Best of all, the motel is right in the middle of Main Street, within walking distance of lots of restaurants and boutiques and the ferry terminal. I liked the convenience of the location. It was clean it was a good size room and the were very friendly at the desk when we checked in and when we checked out. Everything was ready when we arrived to check in so we didn't spend a lot of time doing checking in. Catherine was extremely helpful when we checked in. She gave us some great tips on places to visit. Bed was very comfy. Room was very clean. The inn was very conveniently located. Reasonably priced also. I would recommend this place!. We were treated very good,the staff was very friendly.We were married 52 yrs ago at the church right across from the motel.The room was clean and the motel is close to all the stores and restaurant. The room was a terrific size for the amount we paid for it, and the location down on Main Street was perfect. Always a very clean room and a comfortable bed. They now have coffee in the morning and the people could not be nicer. It is centrally located and convenient to everywhere. A great great place!. Location, right in town! Great! I loved the full glass storm door. Never seen that at a motel before. Nice that you can leave your door open and look out and not feel confined. We liked being in the center of Hyannis with shopping and eateries within seconds of the motel. The room was clean and comfortable and the staff was very pleasant. Location to the cruise ships and restaurants. The queen deluxe room was large, clean and quiet. The air conditioner worked well as did all other facilities. Stuck in town with a daughter in the hospital, called at about 6pm, still had a room left, nice older style place, plenty of local places to walk to for meals. The location couldn't have been better. Would have been nice to have a microwave, even a unit in a central area would be nice. So many nice restaurants in the area and there's always left overs to bring home but no way to heat them up. Nothing at all. Enjoyed every bit of it. We were seniors and our room was upstairs in the middle of the inn our fault, we should have mentioned that when we made the reservation. We would have liked first floor. We made it work. It was a little outdated. No negatives here!. Nothing really!. No coffee making facilities in rooms - only by reception, which was inconvenient. No cardboard trays available to carry coffees to rooms and no cardboard sleeves for cups - consequently burnt fingers and very awkward to carry! The restaurant was closed all the time, even for breakfast. Small showers but VERY clean. They did't have a safe for passports and money. No coffee/tea facilities in room. No decaf coffee in the morning, only regular. absence of tea and coffee making facilities in the room, had to go downstairs for coffee/tea at breakfast time. Other times staff at front desk will have to microwave tea for us. Staff were helpful but we felt we were troublesome though. The only thing that I did not like is that there is no breakfast or snacks in the hotel. Did not have flat screen TV. Just one chair in room and that was old. Needs new to be up dated. nothing. Screen doors on the rooms. There are no keys and we got locked out because the loose lock fell and locked us out. Was unable to shower due to water being brown.. Yuk!! Was told at front desk,must be working on a water main..but was not offered a discount.That was very disappointing !!. The furnishings are a bit dated and the exterior needs some touch up.. The reservation was mixed up, but that was booking sites error not the motels. In the shower the curtain hangs from a straight pole instead of a curved one, so the curtain is always sticking to you when you take a shower. Parking spaces scarce. Noisy Main Street!. Mice in room. Receptionist at checkout (male) only stated that he has never seen mice in his 14 years of working there - an apology/offer of compensation would have been more appropriate. The beds are to old so not comfortable. none. Wish it had coffee makers and microwave in the room for more convenience. Clean and friendly staff. It would have been nice if there was not only coffee in the am but maybe muffins, etc. nothing. A fresh coat of paint is needed on the exterior. That we had to be in our rooms and not outside on porch after midnight. Squeaky floors (especially the floor above us) WiFi requiring password (the encryption feature prevented my older model laptop from connecting - is it really necessary?). Restaurant/Bar not open. Noisy road at Night but this was Not really Bad. room was too hot. but it was October so I understand there was no ac. We had to open the windows.
