We were warmly greeted and given the top floor and run of the house as we were the only occupants. Our room was beautifully decorated and with comfort in mind. Our host was attentive to all our needs and served a delicious breakfast on our first day and provided us with a picnic breakfast on our departure. Even though Josephine's is a little further out of Boston than what we had visualised, there is very access via a scheduled Ferry Service from Hingham. Hostess was exceptionally nice and prepared wonderful gourmet breakfasts each morning! This lovely newly-built B&B was very comfortable and offered fine views from its hillside location.

AnnMarie was so accommodating.
Ann Marie was very friendly and welcoming and very informative. Her breakfasts were delicious and the b&b was very clean and comfortable.
The rooms were spacious with personal touches. The location was very
close to the ocean and good restaurants.

It was perfect and fulfilled our desire for relaxation. Closed
for winter.
Not having a bathroom in the room. But we adjusted.
Unfortunately, the furnace, water heater broke, but AnneMarie did call
to let us know and we decided to stay anyway--she also gave us a
discount because of this.
