My boyfriend and I couldn't have picked a better place to stay in Homer. The location was perfect, right in the middle of town. The grounds and room were clean (decorated very well), bed was super comfortable, flat screen TV and cable in our room. We woke up and were able to make a fresh pot of coffee (which is always a plus). I felt like I was at home! The staff was accommodating and made us feel welcome. We most certainly will be back and recommend anyone who is on a weekend getaway to stay h.
所有评语 » I liked everything about this place. The bed was so soft and comfy, with fluffy pillows. The room was tastefully decorated. It had such nice amenities like real coffee mugs, tiled shower, an extra luggage rack, spoons and dishes, and a nice soap dispenser in shower. Just nice little details that made the stay so appealing. Stayed in condo, like staying in a small comfy home, has everything.Great view of the beach, water and snow capped mountains. Quiet place, plenty of parking, your own personal deck. Close in, quick drive to anywhere in Homer. We have been staying here for three nights and had a great time, the room is wonderful and the owner is very nice, my kids played very happily. We have a great time and will be back again. The room very nice, owner very helpful and the view was the best! After seeing other accommodations in Homer this was the best choice for us! You should recommend the place to everyone!. It was the nicest place we stayed on our trip to Alaska. The bed was really comfortable and the unit was modern. We loved the hot tub overlooking the ocean and mountains. Sunny offered us an upgrade from two different rooms for a great price. They were great rooms, very clean and located right on the beach! We will be back next year!. The couple running Ocean House were great. Not only with the rooms, but also were a great source of information regarding the area and what to do and see. Sonny was especially helpful with local suggestions-We are fairly low key, low maintenance- I tfir our requirements very well. Ideal setting. Rooms were beautiful and very comfortable, never wanted to leave. Owner available for any little problems. Location on Kachemak Bay was breathtaking Quietness Comfort of beds Spaciousness of accommodations. Very nice room. Nice to have coffee maker WITH coffee supplied. View of the Spit is stunning. Great service by the owner and a very nice place to stay. Will book again if I go to Homer!. Views of mountains and water. Very comfortable bed. Quiet location, good for sleeping. Great Hospitality. Comfortable Bed. the view from the hot tubs. The room was a bit small with a king size bed once we got all our luggage in, but it was just fine. Those wooden steps were a challenge to carry the luggage up to the room. one bath for 4 people, need better lighting on first floor in kitchen. Null. Had same breakfast 2 days in a row. Could use a little variety. We were all pancaked out. First day they were open for the seaso so a few kinks like just filling the propane so had a smell but everything was very quickly remedied by Sandy, very caring and concerned owner. Very expensive! With tax, over $500 for two nights. The cost did not include breakfast. My niece and I were startled when a guest next door opened an adjoining room's door around 9pm one night. The owner needs to do a better job to secure the safety of guests. Not a single complaint. Nothing!. noisey bed springs.
