When we arrived, the place smelled lovely, fresh and clean, a welcome change from LA's horrible traffic-induced stink. Wireless worked flawlessly and was surprisingly fast as well.   We switched to this hotel after reading some horrific reviews of our original choice. I am so glad we did. The reception staff were very helpful and friendly. They ordered us all the taxis we needed and gave us good advice on times/prices etc. A late 6pm check out was at a cost, but we were allowed an extension until 2pm for free! so worth asking ... 别人怎么说 » if you have a late flight home. Bedrooms and public rooms were very clean. The location was excellent, a ten minute walk to the Main Hollywood sights - Staff were excellent! ALWAYS friendly and helpful and made myself and my daughter feel very welcome! Beds were the most comfortable beds we have ever slept in during our travels!!!!! Proximity to Hollywood Blvd and Metro. - Beds and pillows were super comfy, nice bathroom, microwave and coffee maker in room, pantry on site to buy goodies, nice heated pool and spa, excellent location and very clean.   We stayed at this hotel in July 2013 for 4 nights. It was myself, hubby and our 13 year old daughter. We really enjoyed our stayed at this hotel. The location is great, you can walk along Hollywood Boulevard to the 'strip' and it was only 10min drive to Universal Studios which we visited during our stay.   An absolute gem of a Hotel, would definitely stay there again. From the moment we arrived the staff went out of their way to help us. Even though check in wasn't until 3 they found us a room and allowed us to check in at 12. The rooms were nothing fancy but perfect for what we wanted - clean and comfortable.
