  We liked the comfort of the beds, the room cleanliness, and the staff was very nice and accomodating. Plus they paid attention to our special instructions before we got there. The location was excellent for those wanting to be close to downtown Gaitlinburg and to Dollywood.   I chose your hotel because of the fireplace and balcony. We LOVED sitting around the fireplace drinking coffee while admiring the fall colors through balcony glass door. And my 9 year old loved having 3 pools to choose from! On one particular night a families kids above our heads got rowdy. One call to the desk resolved the problem in minutes.   It is an older establishment with new owners who are remodeling themselves. They can not do enough for you.
