We stayed here on a 12 hour layover, the staff was very accommodating. Once checked in and settled into our room, we received a call asking if the room was up to our expectations. Sometimes the little things matter the most. They have guest friendly computers, to print your boarding passes and a complimentary airport shuttle which proved to be very handy! It was very close to shops and restaurants, so no further car was needed. Exceptional value.
所有评语 » Fantastic value for money. Large roomy suite like bedroom - everywhere sparkling and new. Pool warm, staff excellent, shuttle service to and fro cruiseport and/or airport comfortable and efficient. CVS Pharmacy and all fast food restaurants 2 minutes walk and a fabulous "Ernie's" BBQ restaurant across the road. Breakfast sufficient. Awesome place when in between airport and cruiseport. Greg at the front desk was very accommodating. We were checked in early as we had just come off of a cruise ship and were flying back home the following day. Breakfast was really good with lots of choice. Shuttle service was excellent. Location is excellent very close to the shops, and cruise port and airport. Many restaurants in the are also. Close to many stores and fast food places. All in walking distance. Customer service is outstanding. Greg was awesome at taking care of our needs. Breakfast was good. Transport to the cruise Terminal mad pick up at FLL was timely. *Excellent location--short walk to lots of restaurants (highly recommend Ernies bbq) and Total Wine for our pre-cruise wine purchase. *The front desk staff was very friendly and helpful. *Nice hot breakfast. *Excellent value. We like the location,its proximity to Fort Lauderdale Airport and the network of roads and highways. This hotel is great on Price to Quality. Great value, good location, close to restaurants and one very friendly staff member at breakfast named Channdra. She was truly wonderful. All staff were friendly and courteous, particularily Greg on the desk and Garrick the shuttle driver. Breakfast was very good as well. The front desk were really Accomodating. The pool is clean and warm. Easy to drive to airport. They have washers and dryers. Close to Everglades Ports/Airport Restaurants/shopping close by Good breakfast selection SUPER friendly staff. Helen and Ericka (with her beautiful blue eyes) are extremely nice. Breakfast very good for the price. Great area. The sun trolley is on 2 blocks away and is an AMAZING way to get around. Love the remodeling. Terribly noisy! Air conditioner fan was extremely noisy and although window opened, we were facing main road and the incessant heavy, noisy traffic tended to spoil a quiet evening watching TV. It was not conducive with relaxing beside the lovely pool for too long either. But all the advantages out-wayed this small inconvenience. Next time we will ask to be at the back of the hotel facing the lovely little park. The hotel could use a little updating. The pull out couch for the 3rd person in our group was very uncomfortable-- think bar in the middle of your back. He ended up sleeping on the couch (not long enough to be able to stretch out) using the ottoman to stretch out his legs. Not much to dislike. I got exactly what I was expecting. No issues here. nothing to dislike. Only one of the two elevators were working and that one was horrifically slow. Spent sooo much time waiting for the elevator. Had elderly parents with so using the stairs to the 5th floor was not an option. Elevators were under improvements. Therefore I had to climb stairs due to long waiting. Must be temporarily. Only 1 elevator. Airport pickup is a bit long.a. Squeaky beds. TV was not that great. A bit bore surroundings Very slow elevators. N/a. The elevators are absolutely too slow.Rooms need a de-humidifier .Bath tub too high to step out.Refrigerator old & dated, does not keep drinks cold enough.. All the doors slam??? My key was demagnetized 3 or 4 times in 1 week???.
