The staff was responsive to our needs.
Quiet not noisy.
I liked it because they have suites where the bedroom is separate. This helps if you do not want to disturb the person who is trying to sleep.
Check in time.
It was in a good location.
Erica the front desk clerk was nice.
Exterior doors not locked after hours.

The linen was not changed.
The wallpaper is peeling off the walls in the halls. The curtains at the end of the hall were tied in a knot instead of drawing back the curtains. The rugs felt damp, in the stairwell, it looked like a ribbon of tar or something spilled out over several stories. Lastly the side door was not secured, anyone could enter though it.
Television set.
No pool, the air was not working properly and the staff was not very friendly.
The hotel and the rooms were hot, it felt better outside. They
advertised saying they had a pool but they didn'T. The
breakfast was a joke. We had a non smoking room that smelled like
smoke in the bathroom.
