  Upon checking in we discovered that the air-conditioning unit was broken in our room ~ I contacted the front desk and they sent their maintenance man "Jesus" (I hope I've spelt that right!) to fix it ~ he had the unit out and a new one put in within 20 minutes! They were concerned and helpful while my partner was ill. It was no problem to stay an extra night. They served one of the best breakfasts we ate while holidaying in different motels.
