It was probably the cleanest hotel I've stayed at in quite awhile. Rooms very nicely decorated/very comfortable. I had not stayed at a Best Western Hotel in years...viewed as 2nd tier. This place was excellent/great value. The bed was very comfortable. The hotel was mostly quiet. The workout machines were excellent. The location was great for a visit to the zoo and the M of A and Eden Prairie mall. Getting back on the 494 North was easy.

Great location for shopping. Room was clean and that of a typical hotel room. Excellent pricing value. Met all of our needs for a quick one night stay. Would stay again under same curcumstances. The duty manager was very helpful in getting my missing baggage which was sent by the airline to my room, which was a pleasant surprise. the location and parking was good. There wasn't anything that I could find that was wrong with Best Western. The worker was extremely friendly, the environment was comfortable and the room was beautiful. Exceptional value for your money, and it's location right next to a mall, many good restaurants, and easy access on and off major highways. Staff was exceptionally nice and helpful. Great breakfast! Felt safe with two young children and will definitely stay here again!. staff was very accommodating and went above and beyond to make sure that we had what we needed. Very Friendly and hardworking. I loved our room! It was nicely decorated, clean, quiet and reasonable priced. We will be staying there again!. Other BW's have better breakfast choices. More choices as well. EP hotel is adequate only. Small breakfast room (just a corner in the lobby), continuous noise like an airkraft engine on the 2nd floor (south side of the bldg). Seemed as though there was a nearby restraunt exhaust issue or other guests were cooking as a strong odor (of food cooking) filtered into our room during the night. Bathroom was a little small, and the toilet was "short". No complaints -- wonderful stay. No elevator. No luggage rack No elevator Pool was much smaller then appeared on the internet Not enough seating at the breakfast area. beds very squeaky, short sheeted, elevator would have been nice. Loud neighbors. It would be nice to have a later check out. Room was near lobby and all persons coming in passed by the door with the accompanying noise. Usual kids running up and down the halls at night. Not enough towels in room. Breakfast area was conjusted and had to carry food downstairs. The beds were very uncomfortable. No elevator, wife is handicapped. I always find hotel beds to be a bit firmer than I like, though I did sleep pretty well that night regardless. It is easy to miss the driveway as the big sign is between the hotel driveway and the driveway to the next business - not really a big thing except when it's dark. not on one level, three steps down to rooms. Hot Tub closed at 10pm, breakfast was very limited....we went to ihop both mornings instead. nothing. Not being told how to control the air. Room was small for a family of 4. They did not have an elevator. Had I known this I would have booked a room on the 1st floor or at a different hotel. My husband is disabled and doing the steps was a challenge. The breakfast was ok but nothing to right home about. Could have been a better breakfast like most best westerns offer. The Wi-Fi connection was poor at best. These days everyone is using the internet and places like hotels need to ensure every room has the ability to connect to a strong signal.
