  Our accomodations were wonderful. Our King Suite was very spacious and well layed out. Lots of room and comfortable! Parking in front of the hotel allowed us to bypass valet one night otherwise the valet fee is $20. Breakfast was very nice too and they provided a lot of variety. - Location to 16th Street Mall.   This was our second visit. It felt like we wee coming home. I loved the decor of the rooms so much I have used as the inspiration for my new home in Colorado. It is very luxurious without being stuffy. The staff is amazing. We especially love the complimentary happy hour.   We loved the lounge bar with such an incredible view, we had a really good time staying at the Hyatt regency and the stuff were so nice and helpful. Everything is clean and modern. We stayed only one night but we would come back, for sure. - We liked the convenience to downtown area.
