Everything was outstanding - decor, comfort, staff, check-in &you out, beds, refrig & microwave, pool, exercise rm, business use rm & proximity to airport. We stayed at hotels much more expensive on this trip -- this was the nicest place!. We were put in the wrong room at first. It was supposed to be a king suite but we were placed in a standard double. The staff was quick to fix the mistake after we let them know even though they were very busy at the time with many other check ins.
所有评语 » It was right next to the interstate and very close to the airport which was perfect! The rooms were clean, the beds very comfortable and the bathroom very modern. Check in was fast & easy. Standard amenities. Nice clean comfortable room. Wi-fi breakfast included. I like Best Western breakfast. Near FLL airport. 30 Miles from Miami downtown. The shuttle is a definite plus. Breakfast is good..Staff is always nice...Pool looks great...Internet room is pretty nice...I love their smiles... My experience was perfect, the staff was friendly, the rooms were clean daily, the breakfast was good, I would definitely stay there again. Very close to airport and cruise terminal. Very friendly staff, even let me check in at 8am due to vacancy. Well positioned to airport good access to shopping and highways brilliant breakfast clean and freindly. Staff was wonderful and very helpful. Price was good. Glad there was a smoking room. i liked that there was a frigde,stove, plenty of space.sofabed very comfortable. We couldn't get our room until 1:30(but I understand they need to clean) the shuttle doesn't run till 6am...I needed it at 5...they got us a person to drive us to the airport that charged us 30 bucks instead of the 15 that the hotel told us.(not their fault)..hotel needs some spiffing up, new carpet and some detail work.. needs printers fixed or replaced in the Internet room... My only complaint would be more variety with the breakfast is needed, everyday should be a different type of meat, example bacon, sausage, ham, turkey, tuna etc. And more fruits and scramble egg or omlets. No complaints. Access was difficult from the main street. U turns was needed. Also, there was not a sign at the actual entrance. Breakfast should be until 10. No coffee or coffee pot in room. Wifi is a bit spotty in our room. Have to be close to the door/bathroom to get a solid signal. Laundry. Only one machine and it was not working correctly. We had to go out to another location because of problems with laundry machines. Nothing. The hotel is in bad need of updating. Carpets were very old and stained. Pool area too small and enclosed. Hotel offered free pickup and dropoff to the airport, but did not accomodate someone with a wheelchair. They did not offer any solution on the dropoff to the airport. the breakfast - eggs were very different and appeared mushy. the cats surrounding the facility. Air condition air blows right on you. New york. Booked on line. Rate misleading. Appeared the $111+ included taxes as room was advertised at $99+. Total paid was $124+. Did not like that at 1:00 AM I noticed a long brown worm crawling in my room. I captured it in a cup and brought it to the front desk. The gentleman told me it was a snail; they come from the rain, I was in Florida and I have to expect that. He asked if I wanted to change rooms and I declined. My husband was already asleep and it was 1:00 in the morning. He offered me a snack which I also declined. Although this may be the case, it just didn't sit well with me. My room was not ready upon arrival, the room was not as clean as it should be, and the front desk staff and the breakfast area staff were not very friendly. Bleach smell throughout. Night staff at front desk were useless. Location for vacation travellers is very bad. Front Desk Staff very unfriendly. Needs better upkeep and cleaning. It was a zoo. Too many people and not enough staff, it seemed. Breakfast was overcrowded. Food ran out. Dining space became very messy. Room was not ready at check in time....had to wait over 45 minutes. Had to call for maintenance to get picture on TV. Lobby and hallway carpets/ appearance needs upgraded or cleaned. Clean, furniture, security. Wake up call came an hour earlier than scheduled, waking us up when we really needed the sleep. Staff at front desk claimed they weren't authorized to adjust the bill or make amends in any way...sort of just shrugged their shoulders. I called the manager when she got in...never got a call back or acknowledgement. Poor showing. Toilet overflowed at 4 am only 1 employee at front desk till 8 am for a 5 story hotel,she was very very rude,would not even give us a plunger,stupid,never had this happen at a best western before.and we booked the room for 4 people with 2 queen beds,we got 1 bed a hide a bed and only 2 towels,not very happy. The staff was very unfriendly . They all acted as though they didn't want to be there and help you in anyway! All answers were giving a very monotone blunt answer!! Too bad, because otherwise the stay was comfortable and the rooms were clean!. Location was poor not close to any restaurants. Price of the room for the same stay was different $126.00 vs $90.00. I paid the $126.00. Not enough towels in the rooms. The smell. Damp mold smell & cigarette smell. Carpets filthy. Would never return to this venue. no food in hotel or walking distance. we had to order a pizza. No restaurant No beer or vine. the bathroom had mold in the shower. had people hanging around in the front of the building. the sign for the building was hard to find. the t.v. remote was hard to use.
