  Nicole at the front desk was very friendly and helpful. So were all of the staff that we met. When my daughter left her pillow there, they found it and held it for a week for us.   letsbookhotel.com and Maron Hotel did not connect my reservation, not sure which screwed up but there we were ready to check in with no reservation. The clerk gave us a suite, an upgrade for the same bargain price as Booking,com said we should have.
