the room was well decorated, bed was very comfortable. JFK was a very short walking distance from the hotel.
No night life around the hotel. Always getting in a cab to find it in uptown. The walls are paper thin. Can hear whole conversations from the room right next door.
Good Location in downtown Dallas with good range of restuarants and nice sports bar.
Valet parking was slow to return car on a couple of occasions. Would have been quicker self-parking.

How clean and fresh. Staff perfect especially check in and bar and dining. Rooms perfect. But no shampoo. Ah well will bring Ian next time. Perfect

The bathroom could be bigger/nicer.
The room was moden/cutting edge. It also had plenty of space. The view was the best part, at night you can see the Dallas skylight. Our over all experince was great and beyond my expectations.
We went on a holiday and We could only get room service because the resturants inside were closed. This would have been fine, but the food wasnt that great. I highly recomend 560 by wolf gang puck. It's attached to the hotel.
We stayed in a one king size bed room with a city view. The room was nice and the bed was comfy.
The only down fall is that the reruion tower doesn't have the observation deck open anymore.
It's my second stay. I will stay there again. Too nice!!!

The staff is friendly and professional. The place is fancy and is one if the best hotels I stayed in.
FedEx office there is a nightmare. Never think about sending or "receiving" packages while you are staying in this Hyatt, they are slow, rude and unprofessional plus they would charge you money - starting from 10 usd- for reviewing packages. The breakfast collection is not much specially if you are a Muslim or a vegetarian

Gym facilities were good, perhaps more selection of equipment.

Did not like having to pay for parking at a hotel that your paying a nice price a night for. That should be included. No matter what you did there everything cost extra.
No free wi-fi in rooms and parking overnight is $25 plus tip?

I love the location and the room.
From the time I checked in till I left which was hard to leave the staff like David made my stay one that I will never forget. He picked out a room that over looked the sky line of Dallas and it was amazing.
Having to leave the staff made it hard to find anything not to like.
Modern room and its facilities. Spacious, but not the room. Great view, friendly staff, made to feel welcome and fully met our needs.
