  The Staff went out of their way to assist. I had a Bussiness issue that needed attention, and the front desk assisted with scanning, email etc without a problem! The facilities are in tip top condition, and after traveling For 8 weeks in the US, We rate this hotel of the best regarding value for money and comfort, in it's category. From that point of view, the visit to Cody was re - Loved everything about this motel. Friendly, helpful staff, nice, quiet location and wonderful ambiance.   Staff was excellent, friendly, knowledgeable and quick to answer our questions. Beautiful lobby and breakfast area. We enjoyed the full free breakfast daily during our stay. My grandson left hs cell phone in our room, housekeeping found the phone and turned it into the front desk. We were notified via our answering service of the phones recovery and they made arrangements to send the phone ups to our home.

  The manager greeted us in a friendly manner. She gave us her business card to call her if we had any questions etc while out sightseeing. - It was spotless clean and comfortable. No elevators or hauling suitcases long distance from the parking lot. The laundry was a plus.
