The breakfast was the best! We particularly liked that hot chocolate,coffee, and fruit was available at all times. The lobby was a nice place to relax. All the staff were exceptionally nice and helpful. The location was excellent for shopping. We loved our stay and would recommend this hotel to anyone. -

The front desk staff was attentive and knowledgable. Claire was especially helpful. The bell staff and concierge were awesome. Paul Taylor and Gabriel were so helpful. Well kept. Atmosphere was swanky. Enjoyed the "wine hour". We're a little older than the young crowd that seemed to dominate the guest list which provided some interesting people/dog watching during the wine hour. -
The staff was very friendly and helpful. It was snowing out and they let me borrow an umbrella for free.

The room was spacious. The staff graciously moved us to another floor when ours became noisy because of high schoolers that were there for some music competition. The breakfast bar was wonderful. Lots of good food, hot and cold and plenty of seating.We also liked seeing the skyline from out 12th floor window.

Hotel Sax was right in Marina City. There was a little grocery store
close by. Several restuarants within walking distance including
Chicago's House of Blues and Dick's last resort. I was great to

$14 fee. He was helpful and energetic. The room although small had

Everything! This place was a truly pleasant surprise. I booked the
smaller room, which was just perfect for 1 person. I loved the 2nd floor
club area, with tons of seating, office type space and a fantastic
espresso/cappuccino machine. Oddly, my favorite perk was the bottled
water available on each floor. Staff were incredibly helpful. I also
appreciated the automated check out process from machines in the lobby.
Will def. Stay here again, next time in Chicago.
