"Wine five-o-clock" at the lobby :) Great food at Sable restaurant and impressive cocktails at the bar. We arrived late, at 11 pm when the kitchen at the restaurant was about to close but nevertheless we were served with a great dinner.

The staff was absolutely top-notch, especially the concierge, Rich. After an all-night Megabus trip, we stopped in to stow our luggage until the 3pm check in. They said our room was available immediately, if we would like an early check in (6 hours early at no additional charge). Unheard of! Amazing and gracious. This is my second stay at a Kimpton Hotel. I would be hard pressed to go anywhere else after this lovely experience.

Impeccable service, excellent location, stylishly furnished rooms, ridiculously comfortable beds. This is the second time I've stayed here, and I'll be staying again on my next visit to Chicago. We stayed in Burnham hotel from 5th to 8th of October, 2013. I enjoyed the whole experience of living here in the heart of Chicago Loop. This is a great location for getting around Chicago downtown. Hotel has efficient and friendly staff; fantastic upper floors restored interior and history of the building is exceptionally interesting. Rooms are clean and comfortable with decent views if you are facing due east.
Great bar and bistro on the ground floor.
I will definitely visit again.
