Ed and mike at the front desk were above and beyond awesome!! Our housekeeper Wanda worked with us 100% on every need and special request. Location to 495 could not have been better. Exercise room available was very nice. The staff was very friendly and accommodating, they helped us get into our room early which was great since we had just flown in from LA and needed to rest. The rooms were clean and the beds were very comfortable.
所有评语 » We liked the location. We appreciated the Manager accommodating our request to meet the same room rate that my brother secured as we were there for a family funeral. They have a fantastic assortment of breakfast foods. This is included in the cost of the room. Refrigerator in the room plus a Keurig coffee machine in room. Enjoyed my stay and staff and facility was nice. Not the newest place but it was very clean. Chelmsford is a good location. The staff was very friendly and helpful to my mother and myself on this trip. Thanks so much to them!. The front desk staff was very professional. The housekeeping staff also went out of their way for us. Friendly personnel, enough space, large beds. Can be easily reached thanks to interstate route 495. Everyone was friendly and helpful when asked questions. Rooms were clean and comfortable. Room was nice, bed was comfy, restaurant next door was great!. Staff was extremely helpful and friendly. Very friendly staff. Nice clean room. Good size clean room Nice breakfast inckuded. It was easy to get to. We liked that it was ideally located next door to "Moonstones'' restaurant. This was our only reason for staying at Best Western. After our experience, we will NOT be staying there again. Rooms were clean. Never enough bacon! We kept finding our phone off when we wanted to phone locally to order food. It would be great if they would make up a map showing area restaurants for guests. (Including pizza shops) We are from Akron, oh and did not know where to go eat. The breakfast café was a little weak - eggs were shaped like little pancakes and rubbery. But everything else was good - coffee and juice choices, plus fresh fruit, yogurt, bagels, cereal. We were disappointed in the cleanliness of the bathroom as well as the small sink area, the quality of the breakfast and the elevator was extremely slow. We have stayed in other Best Western hotels and selected the Best Western as we have had pleasant experiences where this was just OK for our reasons for visiting. The staff did tell us on check-out that they will be beginning a make over in the near future. Small pillows. No complaints. Would like moerinfo on how I can get some of the cheaper rooms rate I see but are not available. There were no issues that were not addressed. Noise from route 495. Difficult to find hot water/tea (only through reception). There wasn't anything we didn't like. Hallways were kind of smelly. Probably due to humidity. Water in room sink was scalding hot. Nothing. Boring place no lively bar or happy atmosphere. The desk person in the morning gave me completely wrong directions that ruined my day and my trip. I asked to add my Aeroplan point for my stay twice. But they didn't do it. When we entered our room, it was stifling hot. The air conditioning was not on and neither was the fan. We went to dinner with the a/c on full blast and returned to a very uncomfortable room. This made sleeping comfortably impossible. We will NOT be staying at Best Western ever again. Bathrooms need to be updated Elevators need to be fixed sounds like its going to stuck.
