Staff was very sweet. This is our second year staying at this hotel. We spend very little time in the room so it is adequate for our needs and the price. Convenient to everything: Broome Community College, Downtown, Brighton, Malls. Quick trips to everywhere. Lots of choices for food.

The front desk was great! Stephanie was so helpful and offered to print our directions to a restaurant. Instead there was a restaurant printed on the key card envelope and Stephanie gave a "High 5" to - the restaurant was excellent! I was bringing my son to college and I would stay here again without hesitation! -
